User Agreement and Acceptance
General
By purchasing services from “LEVELHAUS”, you are entering a legally binding agreement and agree to all terms outlined herein. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms of Service before making any purchases. These terms apply without exception.
When purchasing AFK Bot Lobbies or Hard Unlocks, you must adhere to all instructions provided to ensure smooth service delivery. Any unauthorized actions or attempts to disrupt services, including misrepresentation or other policy violations, may result in the immediate voiding of any warranties or services without refund.
Service Timing
For AFK Bot Lobbies, we strive to provide prompt service, but there is no guaranteed timeframe for when your session will begin or be completed. For Hard Unlocks (such as camos like Dark Matter), the typical delivery timeframe is 2-4 days, though this is not guaranteed and may vary based on demand and other factors. Service will be delivered based on queue order as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, with no refunds provided after the service has been accessed. Refunds are only issued in cases where “LEVELHAUS” cannot fulfill the service. We do not grant refunds due to factors beyond our control, such as game patches or updates that impact service delivery.
Fraud Prevention and Unauthorized Transactions
“LEVELHAUS” has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Attempting to use stolen credit cards, unauthorized PayPal accounts, or any form of chargeback after services have been provided is strictly prohibited. If a fraudulent payment is detected, “LEVELHAUS” will take immediate legal action, including but not limited to:
- Permanent suspension or termination of services,
- Reporting unauthorized transactions to payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement,
- Filing criminal charges and seeking to recover damages in court.
By making a purchase, you affirm that all payment information used is authorized and belongs to you. Any fraudulent behavior will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Service Warranties
Warranties are valid only for the period that “LEVELHAUS” services are operational and not subject to game patches or external interruptions. “LEVELHAUS” is not obligated to issue refunds or replacements due to factors beyond our control.
Privacy and Payment Methods
For enhanced privacy, customers may choose to pay with cryptocurrency. Secure email services, such as Gmail, are recommended, and customers must have continued access to the email provided at checkout. Temporary or disposable emails are not accepted for transactions.
Customer Responsibilities
Once access to the AFK Bot Lobbies or Hard Unlock services is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to use the service as instructed. “LEVELHAUS” disclaims liability for missed opportunities or ineffective use due to non-compliance with instructions or service delays outside our control.
Conduct and Prohibited Actions
Customers are expected to act in good faith. Any form of deception, misrepresentation, or abuse directed at our support team will void all warranties, and “LEVELHAUS” reserves the right to restrict future access to services. Posting negative feedback without first contacting support may lead to a voided warranty.
Limitations of Liability
“LEVELHAUS” and its affiliates disclaim all liability for customer actions following the delivery of COD AFK Bot Lobbies or Hard Unlock services. These services are provided for in-game enhancement purposes only and should not be used in ways that violate game policies or terms of service. “LEVELHAUS” is not responsible for any penalties or account suspensions resulting from misuse.
Support and Communication
All issues must be addressed respectfully through official support channels. Support is only available for products purchased directly from “LEVELHAUS”, and buyers are expected to have sufficient knowledge of the service to use it effectively. Tutorial support is not provided outside the scope of the purchased product’s functions.
Legal
“LEVELHAUS” and its affiliated parties disclaim any liability related to the buyer’s usage of the services provided, which are intended solely for in-game enhancement and promotional purposes. These services are not intended for illegal activities or actions that violate the terms of service of the games involved.
“LEVELHAUS” is not affiliated with or endorsed by Activision or Call of Duty in any way. All services offered are independent and operate solely within the boundaries of the game’s mechanics as allowed. The buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with the terms of service and policies of the game publisher.
